Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Once we receive your return, you should expect your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund process includes the time it takes for the item to reach us (5-7 business days), processing the return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and processing the refund with your bank (5-10 business days).

To initiate a return, simply log into your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed and completed.

Once your order is placed, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates will be displayed on the checkout page depending on the carrier selected.

For items that are weight-based, shipping rates will be calculated accordingly. You can find the weight details of each product on its respective product page. Shipping companies we partner with will round the shipping weight to the nearest full pound.
